Merion Milford offers state-of-the art amenities and a world-class Leasing and Maintenance team to help you every step of the way. The best part of our community is our residents (that means you too!). Merion Milford is a garden-style community with 246 apartments in total. Our community offers 1 and 2-bedroom style apartments. We also offer fun resident events, a resort-style pool, 24/7 fitness center and yoga studio, a game room (we have vertical scrabble!), bark park, and more. Our Leasing office is open Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 and Saturdays from 10:00-4:00 to help with all your leasing and residential needs.
- The bus stop for Merion Milford residents is at the entrance of our community. The following schools are zoned for Merion Milford residents:
- Elementary: Live Oaks School
- Middle School: East Shore Middle School
- High School: Joseph A. Foran High School
- Our address is 1 Avalon Drive Milford, CT 06460. You can find us in the front building (our newly renovated clubhouse!) in the Leasing Office.
- I-95 Northbound: Take exit 40 and go into the furthest left lane. Make a left at the light. You will approach another light, please take another left. We will be on your right-hand side!
- I-95 Southbound: Take exit 40 and make a right. We will be on your right hand side. Easy and simple right?
Your first parking spot is included in the rent and is available on a first come first serve basis. An additional car in our parking lot is $15/month. Looking for covered options? We offer carports for $75/month and garages for $175/month. Contact us today for more information!
We do not have additional storage for rent but there are large walk-in closets in every apartment home.
- Merion Milford’s stellar maintenance team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00 p.m. to help fix anything from lighting to garbage disposals. They are also available 24/7 for emergency maintenance in case you run into an urgent issue.
- Your first parking spot is included in the rent. All of our apartment homes are equipped with Optimum modems so you are “Simply Connected” with 1 GB for only $50 a month!
- Gas and electricity will be separate bills that you pay to the provider directly. Water, sewer and internet will be posted on your resident portal to pay.
Readiness to be wowed by our amazing Leasing Team and community! Besides that, a valid form of photo identification would be greatly appreciated and any questions that you may have.
We make moving and renting hassle-free. You can pay on our resident portal at merionmilford.com or through our app using your bank account or credit card. (Please note fees are applied for debit/credit card payments as listed on the site) You may also set up auto-pay to make renting a little more simplistic. Running into any issues? We offer flexible deposit options at Merion Milford. You can make moving costs cheaper by opting into our security deposit program for only $36/month (non-refundable). Not really your style? You can also pay 1 month’s rent as a security deposit which is refundable on move-out pending move-out conditions.
We have a monthly amenity fee of $75/month that covers our resort-style pool, game room, clubhouse, 24/7 fitness center and yoga studio, town center with outdoor games and bark park. There is also a $15/month trash fee and $50/month internet fee. The rest of the utilities depend on your usage. Ready to apply? We have a $50 application fee per resident over the age of 18.

We love our furry residents here at Merion Milford! We welcome dogs and cats at our community. (breed restrictions apply, please contact us for more information). There is a $600 non-refundable one-time pet fee and a monthly $60 pet rent. Please note, there is a no-visiting pet’s policy. All pets onsite must be listed on the lease. P.S. we have some treats for your furry friend to share in our office!
Merion Milford offers monthly resident events whether it be our annual holiday party or a celebration for the dogs at the dog park. You will never be bored and you’ll get to know your neighbors a little better!
